BookMastersHub ("we", "us") collects personal data you voluntarily provide through our enquiry form: your name, email address, and project description. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote for editorial services.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Manuscript samples submitted for assessment are stored securely and deleted within 60 days of quote delivery unless you engage our services.
We use a single localStorage flag to remember your cookie consent preference. No tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies are deployed on this website.
You may request deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing [email protected]. We will comply within 14 days. Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
This policy is reviewed annually. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date.

Quotes and Pricing: All quotes are valid for 90 days from issue. Rates published on this page are updated each January and apply to engagements initiated after the update date. A signed engagement letter is required before work begins.
Payment: 50% of each stage fee is due before work commences on that stage. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of that stage's completed files. Invoices are payable within 14 days via bank transfer.
Intellectual Property: You retain full ownership of your manuscript and all derivative works. We claim no rights to your content. Editorial notes and feedback become your property upon payment.
Cancellation: You may cancel an engagement at any time. Work completed to the point of cancellation will be invoiced proportionally. Upfront payments for unstarted stages are refunded in full.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific stage in question. We are not liable for commercial outcomes of your published work.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes will be resolved through mediation before any legal proceedings.
